Book Review: A Thousand Splendid Suns

For starters let me just say: AMAZING BOOK! I literally read it in less than three days, whenever I had free time. A Thousand Splendid Suns is written by Khaled Hosseini who also wrote The Kite Runner. Unlike The Kite Runner this book focuses on a female's perspective in Afghanistan from the 70's to the present. It was such a great book and even though there were a lot of hardships the two women main characters faced it was such a great book. It gets a 5 out of 5 and I will be recommending it to anyone who wants a good read. I suggest you also find a copy if you have not read it and enjoy!
